I only gave it 2.5 stars. It IS full of information on clearing out both your home and your body.....but most of the information is something the average 'dieter' already knows (just chooses not to do!)

Peter Walsh does a great job advising us to clear out the excess in our lives. I have ordered one of his other books, "It's All Too Much" for further guidance. I'm usually one to get really bored of how-to books. I have tried the "baby steps" approach and it didn't serve me well at all. This book is worthy of a purchase and will be snapped up if you choose to post it on PBS.
