
This book is print-on-demand, so sadly I couldn't go to the bookstore and flip through it to find its contents.
I was hoping The Coconut Flour Gourmet would be a new-and-improved version of Cooking With Coconut Flour (which I rate highly; read my review). Sadly, it is yet another book on gluten-free baking. Most of the recipes in this book call for a mix of several flours including coconut. Almost all are sweets. They are gluten-free, but not appropriate for vegan, raw, paleo, or low-carb diets.
Chapter 1: Coconut Flour Basics
Chapter 2: Yeast Breads
Chapter 3: Pancakes and Waffles
Chapter 4: Muffins
Chapter 5: Cakes
Chapter 6: Cookies and Snacks
Chapter 7: Meats and Main Dishes
The savory recipes in Chapter 7 looked delicious. I can't wait to try them. I only wish there were more savory recipes instead of 20 kinds of muffin. Apple Kiwi muffins, really?
