There might be a fantasy romance in here somewhere, with a hunky shape-shifting hero who may be an angel but I kept tripping over the non-existent editing, which allowed typos and heterographs to run rampant. When the hero ordered "talipa and a backed potato", I bailed.
Excellent story 2nd in a short series
Not like any of the previous Constance O'Day-Flannery novels I have read before but pleasantly surprised.
