This is a great book to use along with journaling. It helps you really dig deep and think about your life, what you need to change and where you need to be. there are lots of thought prompting questions along with well written discussion and experiences of the author. I liked it that the author was very open about her struggles and failures. It really helped me connect with her as a person and also view the writing exercises in a different light, coming from someone that just hadn't been there but was still working on it.
The book didn't make me critical of myself, but made me look more to areas I need to step up in or back off. The author also had a great sense of humor. This book isn't just a self-help book or a journaling book but a book to take your time and work thru and study.
