A very good book to help couples communicate more effectively without hurting each other. It doesn't matter whether you are struggling to get along or just wanting to improve your relationship. Every couple can use this book. It has some excellent suggestions for expressing your needs more effectively. I wish my parents would have tried the concepts in this book and maybe their wouldn't have been so many arguements over the years.
