This book is rather archaic in its depictions and methodology. A good reference read, but if you're looking for a how to, pass on this book.

Herbal/Gem section has decent info and some of the names used for god/gods was interesting.

This book was the biggest crock I've ever read. If you want to know about magic and witchcraft (historically or neo-pagan), I'd recommend almost anything else. I'm sorry that I actually spent my hard earned money on this book.
