corn cassarole

1 can each of creamed corn and regular corn

1 box jiffy corn muffin mix

2 eggs

1 stick of butter

melt butter, pour into your baking dish ( dish is to be whatever size you need-depending on how "thick" you want)

in separate bowl, mix together corns, muffin mix, eggs

pour corn mix into bowl with melted butter

bake in 425 oven until brown on top and on sides

depending on how thick (like cornbread) or soupy (like cassarole) just watch it cook and adjust your time

I make this but I melt the butter in the casserole dish on top of the stove and saute some diced green bell pepper and some onion. Then I add all of those ingredients to the dish as well as 8oz of sour cream salt and pepper then stir and bake. My kids love it!
