Ingredients
  • 3 11oz cans - sweet corn & diced peppers, drained
  • 1 7oz can - green chiles
  • 1 6oz can - chopped jalapenos, drained and liquid added to taste
  • 1/2 cup - green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1 cup - sour cream
  • 1 tsp - pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic powder
  • 1 16oz pkg - shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • - corn chips
Directions

Mix all ingredients except corn chips together and refrigerate. Serve with corn chips for scooping.
