"Personal Observations" would be more accurate than "Humorous Reflections". There are some amusing bits, but nothing to make you laugh out loud. Every gardener has a story (or two) to tell, and this one documents the author's efforts to create a garden in the Northwest. Enjoyable, but lightweight, reading.

Anyone who gardens will find much to appreciate in this book. A humorous look at the many aspects of gardening, I found myself reading select passages aloud to my gardening partner. Highly recommended!
