Crazy Cake
 
3 c. flour                Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 c. sugar              Mix and bake in 9x13 cake pan for 45 minutes.
7 T. cocoa    
1 t. salt                 (make a well in the ingredients and place  baking soda in the well.
2 T. vinegar             pour the 2 T. vinegar into the well and let bubble.   this will make sure
2 t. baking soda        you don't taste any baking soda in the cake.)
2/3 c. salad oil
2 c. cold water        I ice this cake with Peanut Butter Icing
