Let the cream cheese set until room temperature.  While waiting, chop into small chunks, one jar of dried beef.  For the green onions, cut the green ends in half length wise, and chop in small pieces all the way down.

Once the cream cheese is room temperature, mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. 

Serve on Ritz Crackers.

This makes a wonderful appetizer dish for Christmas, as it has red and green in it.
