When you pay with existing funds, only the seller pays the fee.  I believe if you pay with a credit card, both parties have fees (but don't quote me on that!)

lol  Okay I won't Valerie ... I just know that I have money in there and of course my checking account as a back-up but have never paid fees for sending money to someone... Now, I pay fees when someone buys something from my ebay auctions... that hurts  lol
