Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings

  • - 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, salt and pepper to taste, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 3 1/2 C chicken broth, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 2 tbsp butter, 1 cup carrots(cut or shredded) 1 C onion(chopped).
  • to taste - 1 - 10 oz can bisquits.

Place chicken breasts  in bottom of crockpot.  mix soups, broth and boullon together and pour over chicken.

Next add butter,carrots and onion to crockpot.  Cover and cook on low for 8 hrs.  Shred chicken after 8 hours.

Add 10 oz of torn biscuit dough to crockpot(torn into small pieces)and push these down into soup mixture.  Cook for 1 more

hour on low.  


This was a pleasant surprise.  Easy to make and the flavor was great.  This will definintely go

in my regular rotation of meals.  Yum
