-
1 can - beef broth
-
1 pkg - Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix
-
1 cup - water
-
6 - french rolls or whole wheat rolls
Directions
Place roast, broth and water in medium sized crock pot.
Sprinkle Lipton soup mix on top of meat.
Cook on low for at least 8 hours or high at least 6 hours.
Slice beef across the grain (it will kind of fall apart)
Divide among 6-8 rolls.
Serve w/ small bowls of juices from the crock pot for dipping the sandwiches.
The hardest part of this is opening the can of broth!! And no need to buy a good cut of beef. Lean and tough works.
Notes
The hardest part of this is opening the can of broth!! And no need to buy a good cut of beef. A tougher but leaner cut works just fine.
