With the crockpot on high cube and add your lg box of velveta cheese and lg can of rotel with the juices. Stir while melting.

While thats melting brown sausgae,drain oil,set aside

Brown hamburger meat,drain oil,set aside

When the cheese is just about all melted add the meats and mix well.

Once everything is blend in set crockpot on low just to keep warm.

Serve over tortillia chips.

 This cheese dip has some heat (spice) to it cause of the rotel.You can use the mild rotel and its just as tasty. Some say its not spicey at all. Depends on your taste buds ;)
