I listened to this cassette and read the little accompanying book titled "Secrets From a Cruise Director for a Perfect Cruise Vacation" just prior to a trip to Alaska a few weeks ago. It is filled with valuable first-hand information which helped me feel knowledgeable and comfortable on my first cruise. The author's familiarity with all aspects of cruising was very helpful.
