Crustless Custard Pie

  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 2 cups - milk
  • 1 teaspoon - vanilla
  • 4 level tablespoons - flour
  • sprinkle - nutmeg

Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy, add flour, milk and vanilla.   Pour into lightly greased pie pan; sprinkle with nutmeg.   Bake at 350 or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.   During baking, the flour settles to the bottom and forms a light crust which enables this to be cut and served as pie.
