I find the automated description to be too broad. This book deals with the basics of colors, pendulum use, meditation, focused vision, types of crystals, and positioning in relevance to the effectiveness on the body. blah blah blah. Most likely a keeper for someone seriously interested in starting out or sustaining crystal healing and energy work. 144 pages, some diagrams.
I'm truly unimpressed.
While this book DOES give information about crystals that I've not seen elsewhere, in particular how to use crystals by laying them on the body, and some good info on cleansing and choosing crystals, it's limited in several ways.
