I have a wishlist book order pending, no response, about to time out and go to the next person. I checked, and the person ordering has their shelf on hold. I know that if someone has their shelf on hold, they can still put wishlist books on auto-request. (I know, since I do this myself) However this request *isn't* an auto-request. So: How and why is this wishlist book being ordered, if the person's shelf is on hold, and it isn't an auto-request? Shouldn't the book be offered to the next person waiting for it? I'm confused. |

If the request was on AR but they are out of credits it will go into the regular 48hr hold to give them the chance to buy them. |

Hopefully the person will be able to check the account. I had my account on hold when I went on vacation (I couldn't fill any orders with my books 1000 miles away, LOL!), but I was still able to log in regularly to check the status of my account. |

If your bookshelf is on hold, it only means people can't request books from you. My acc't is on hold now (because of $$) but I can still request from other people. My WL is on auto-request, so any books I'm next in line for that come up will get sent to me. (two this week after a drought-yay!) . I can still get online here, PM, and post on the message boards. |
