I do not have Compuerworld and I'm looking forward to it! Since most of my favorite SF stories are from the '40s and '50s I don't think I'll mind it being dated. |

Right now I'm reading the third book in the Vatta's War series, Engaging the Enemy by Elizabeth Moon. I've been enjoying this series so far. I've also been reading Alas, Babylon by Pat Frank. It's listed under science fiction, but I wouldn't really consider it that except that it's a post-apocalyptic novel. It started out kinda slow but it has picked up and I'm about finished with it. Makes you wonder what you'd do in a situation like that. It probably hit even closer to home when it was first published during the cold war. |

I've mostly been reading fantasy and manga this month, but right now I'm reading Harmonies of the 'Net by Jane S. Fancher (3rd in her NetWalkers trilogy). |

I finally got the 5th Stardoc book in the mail today! I already have #6-8, and I'm waiting for #9 to come out in August as well. Last Edited on: 2/25/09 3:43 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

Just read both Engaging the Enemy and Command Decision by Elizabeth Moon, both in the Vatta's War series and both very good. I've really liked this series so far and I wish I had the next onein my TBR to pick up, but I don't :( |
