I am trying to set up a Custom DC label for a swap.  I have tried a previously used address and typing it in manually.  The box at the bottom is checked, the weight is in, class of mail selected...and it just worked two other times for me!

I don't know what I'm doing wrong!  Help!

What is is doing, or telling you the problem is?

I would suggest logging out, closing your browser and starting over. I have never had a problem generating Custom DC for swaps.

I dont get what the problem is is it not printing at all? Giving you an error page? Cursing you in Latin?

Sorry...LOL  It wasn't printing it...not even an error message.  I'm not on that computer anymore, so I'll have to try it later.  I should learn - when all else fails, try IE again!

Hmm its not an adobe document (IIRC) so its the same as the backup wrapper. You have to wait for the printer popup box then print. Are you clicking print on the file menu?

It just must be this address it doesn't like this time.  I can't even get the label to come up at all.  I hit the Print Delivery Confirmation now button on the bottom of the screen where you put in the addresses, but it just keeps reloading it, with all of the info the same, and no message as to why it is doing this.

Is it a PO verified address? Check the address on the Post Office site. Sometimes you may need to spell out or abbreviate one of the words in the address.
