I read how PBS DC works (pay $0.27 here and add $0.18 in postage to your envelope) but I was curious if the $0.27 is just to PBS for this feature or if the USPS is getting any of the money. 

I have been lucky so far (*knock on wood*) that all of my books have arrived but was looking at this as another feature I might consider.
