PBS is reminding me that I need to mail a book, but none of the three options will let me print. I can't mail the book if I don't know where to send it. Even the 'option' to click if you can't print from the regular choices doesn't work.

I am printing a wrapper as we speak. Not using any online services such as postage, DC or quick credit though. Just printing a standard wrapper.
