I've decided, after attempting this book, I need to stop trying to read parodies in the hopes that they will be funny. Sure, they sound like something I may like, since "Weird Al" and the "Scary Movies" humor me, but this (and other by the author under his various pen names) always fall short.

There is just too much repetition of words in an attempt to get a laugh that actually makes it feel like the author is just trying to fill space and his version of humor really sucks. It's just not amusing. It got to page 40 (a record for me) and had to give up because I couldn't see this piece of 'cod' getting any better.
