I did not like this sequel to The 100 Cupboards enough to finish it. I listened to more than half of it and decided I no longer cared if Henry met one more man with a beard in a unknown land. The problem strikes me as one of editing. Trimming down the story to the important events and developing the characters as they interact with each other would have helped. If the characters, as here, are in separate worlds wandering around....well, you may be more patient than I am.
