Great story. Megan was raped 5 years ago and is just now being able to function in society again. Her new neighbor Jack and his adorable daughter become friends with Megan, but when Jack starts to show interest in Megan romantically, old fears resurface. Can Megan trust Jack with her worst secret and learn to live and love again?

I would recommend this book and author.
There was a point in the book I couldn't put it down. Suspenseful - I was actually trying to read faster to find out what happens
There was one point in the book in the beginning where I was able to put it down for a day but all books need their filler sections - I was glad when I picked it back up because then it just got better and better
Warm and fuzzies for sure. I will actually buy this author without reading the back cover now.
The subject matter was approached respectfully and you found yourself cheering the main character.
