Peter Bart was for a long time an executive at Paramount and a coworker and good friend of the late Robert Evans during the Godfather films era. In his day he saw a lot of the weirdness of Hollywood which in those days didn't get done publicly or even get reported much. He is also a very good short story writer. This book consists of short stories about that period, 50 years ago now and falling out of living memory. Some are based on, or suggested by, real incidents. Very entertaining, very thought provoking, very "Wow, I didn't know that."
