I only recently discovered this author through this series. Her world building is excellent and her characters are vivid and real. Having a necromancer as a good guy is refreshing and very plausible given how her world works. I'm very glad I found this series since I hadn't read anything new in this genre in a while.
I am reading her other books as well. She has more books based in this world and books with other worlds. I found a gold mine!
