This must not be my genre. I thought the paranormal stuff was a bit over the top. The romance stuff was good except for one very implausible and unromantic scene!

paranormal thriller. Heroine is smart, beautiful, mexican, daughter of a maid who improved herself. Brother needs liver transplant therefore she agrees to accompany evil Bill Gates type boss to the desert to find the fountain of youth. Evil alien along for the ride. Of course she falls for the handsome guide who is inhabited by the spirit of a horse. Oh yeah, she can communicate with animals and can sense the horse spirit. Sounds complicated but author makes it work. I enjoyed reading this and will seek out the author.
unusual storyline. worth the read.
