Sean Dillion and company take on an organization responsible for an attempt on the U.S. President's life. In pursuit of the people behind the crime, he travels to Iraq and Ireland. Aptly fits into the present world situation.

Another okay book but this was definitely better than Edge of Danger, mainly since I knew something about the characters. This is my biggest gripe about this author is that he doesn't develop his characters well. He introduces them into the story and there is implied history between the characters but one doesn't know the whole story. Maybe it would have helped if I had started at the beginning of the series. My problem is that I didn't know it was a series until I bought this book - should have looked. Sean is definitely into it with Russians and a billionaire Belov who want certain people killed including Sean. A lot of action, I will give it that.

I just couldn't get into this, to be honest. I got about 90 pages into it before giving up, but it was very bland to me and never grabbed my attention.
