Educational for sure, but too gruesome for my 1st grader! Two pages in and she was too grossed out by the dinosaurs feasting on another dinosaur to continue.

Many of my first graders could read this book on their own, but quite frankly, it almost made me cry, I don't know if I want my first grade class having nightmares.
