Ann Maxwell is not only a talented writer, she's an excellent example of what modern writers lack. The vision and imagination for this novel is incredible. It was powerful and moving. The only thing that I wish they followed up on were some of the secondary characters - but I'll leave that up to you to find out. A GREAT READ!
