A great book for a rainy day reading session. A good mystery plot with an appealing female private eye. It works.

Scotia Mackinnon good life, a sailboat she lives on in the Pacific Northwest, a sexy maritime attorney boyfriend, and a solid career as a private eye. That is until she takes a case for a woman she instinctively knows she doesn't like, but money is money. Afterall, Chantal Rousseau is a woman done wrong by her ex-husband who has stolen everything from her including her son's college fund. Then other ex-wives begin turning up dead and Scotia has to stop this serial groom before her client turns up in the morgue, too, and the next bride says "I do."
Good first book in hopefully a series that will go on and on.

This is good! It uses the "Natural Radar" that women have to sense a problem. Good writing! Good mystery!
First book I've read by this author. Female detective lives on a sailboat in the Northwest. An enjoyable read. I'll read more by this author.
