Interesting book, pretty quick read. Pollan talks about our culture's obsession with specific nutrients and supplementing them into junk foods rather than eating whole foods. He states guidelines for eating at the end of the book such as avoiding anything your great-grandmother wouldn't recognize as food, and staying to the outer sides, rather than the middle, of the grocery store.
