Good book. I just found Susan Mallery and I am enjoying her well written series. I am on the the next book in this series.
I am not a romance reader, but I really liked this book, enough to finish the series and to read more books written by Susan Mallery. The story line was cute, the characters fairly believable, I enjoyed reading about the setting, the read was quick, and it elicited some emotions as I read it.
Mallery writes books that I could read again and again! But as I got near the end of this one, I couldn't help but wonder "When did Susan meet my grandmother?!" It was an unpleasant sort of deja vu!
The storyline is quite convoluted, but no real mystery. The characters have depth and are, with one exception, quite likable. I really did enjoy reading it, though I had to slow my normal pace down to catch everything. And there were certainly emotional moments.
A good read I can recommend!
I won't be rereading this one though; I have no desire to reaquaint myself with that part of my heritage! Eeeew!

I enjoyed reading this book even though I guessed at the ending of the book the characters were fun and it was a good quick read
