I mailed a book sometime last week and used PBS DC. The delivery confirmation says missent. What does this mean? I took it to the post office to mail it. I did not apply my own postage, and used the PBS wrapper. Is there something that I did wrong? Or is it a PO mistake? Last Edited on: 10/12/07 11:49 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

I had that happen before - for a swap over in games using PBSwap Custom DC. The PO just forwarded it along to where it belonged. As it was explained to me, the book was just sent in the wrong direction from a distribution center and would take a little extra time to get where it belongs. |

Thanks so much! I was thinking the worst and that the package was going to end up with postage due or something! |

I sent this using PBS DC and printed postage but when I wen to track the )9102 1655 6135 3000 0679 96)package at the USPS website it tells me that there is no record of this item! what does that mean the post office lost the item?
yet I mailed on Wednesday! this my reply from the USPS website: Label/Receipt Number: 9102 1655 6135 3000 0679 96 There is no record of this item. |

That is strange Mark. You should see at least "Electronic Shipping Info Received". What does it say when you click the Details button on the PBS transaction? The DC events are at the bottom of that pop-up window. ETA: Hmm, I just noticed that one of the books coming to me and one that I sent have the same problem. Both were mailed on 10/11, so there must have been a glitch in the system that day. Last Edited on: 10/13/07 11:56 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |
