While I enjoyed this first in the series - I had trouble with a few things thus the 3 stars. The typos and grammatical errors were definitely abundant and proved to be very distracting at times. Also, it seemed as though Caro (main character) could think of no other saying than "for crying in a bucket" - in fact she says it so many times that I wasn't sure if I was going to cry or have to go outside to "Kick" a bucket around. I will read the second one of the series but am keeping my fingers crossed that there is a better proofreader/editor.
