I usually enjoy the paranormal Nocturne line, but this one had the devil as a character and I just didn't enjoy it much. The hero and heroine face seemingly insurmountable odds and have to face a lot of violence. Perhaps if I had read all the books in the series I would have felt a better connection to the secondary characters and understood more of the background story line. On its own, this isn't one that I'm keeping.

Ivan finally gets to find out if the love spell his mother made was intended for anouther or actully for his father. He learns the truth he was as intended. Also I found out who actully performed the protection spell on the witches and the Old Lad was inlove once. It is a great story.

fast easy read with interesting storyline and likable characters.
