Title:

To Die For Barbeque Pulled Pork

Dish: Picnic
Dish Type: Meats
Cooking Method: Crockpot
Difficulty: 1 / 10
Servings: 4-6
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 3-5 hours

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle - your favorite barbeque sauce
  • 1 3 lb. - boneless pork roast
Directions

Put the pork roast in the crock pot. Pour on the barbeque sauce. Put the lid on and cook on high for 3-4 hours. The pork should be falling apart tender by now, using a fork, shred it right in the sauce. Stir well. Put the lid back on and cook on low for another hour or two. This is absolutely delicious served alone or on buns. It works with boneless chicken breasts and/or thighs, too. In fact, combine the pork and chicken. I have not tried beef, but I am sure it will work! Enjoy.
