Ingredients
  • 1 pkg - sliced mushrooms
  • 3-4 T - Dijon mustard
  • 2-3 cups - heavy whipping cream
  • 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions

 Brown chicken breast.  Add mushrooms and cover with whipping cream.  Whisk in dijon mustard to taste. Cover, simmer, stirring occasionally until done.  Serve with rice or noodles.
