Fine dining during the 1980's. Some local Hawaiian ingredients are used, but many can be re-created on the mainland. No pictures. The best recipes in this cookbook are the deserts. Also, an interesting walk back in time, when walking Waikiki was glamorous and not over-run by budget tourists.
