Have I read this book? No. What I have read are dozens of reviews by other Doctor's on how DANGEROUS this diet is.
The more research that's available shows how dangerous the large consumption of animal products are to your health. Cancer rates soars in countries that adopt our Western diet high in fat and animal protein.
Take this book out from the library, but compare it to others in its field. Also read books by Dr. McDougall, Dr. Dean Ornish, and Dr. Joel Furhman to name a few.
