My kids loved this whole series. It's a great way to learn history in a style kids can relate to.

First Phillip had to leave all his friends in Plymouth Colony because his father moved to the Massachusetts Bay Colony. Now he has to put up with his sickly little sister, Leah, who gets out of all the work but is showered with attention. And when will her have time to pursue his dream of becoming an apothecary? Then, Phillip and his new friend, Geoffry, meet a mysterious Indian in the woods near town. Before they can discover whether White Wolf is a threat to the settlers, Geoffrey and his family move. The are following the controversial minister, Roger William, and they won't be coming back. Will Leah ever be well? Is White Wolf a friend or an enemy? Will Phillip's dream ever come true?

This only has a little wear on it but you can read it fine (there is nothing wrong with the pages). This is what it says on the back: First Phillip had to leave all his friends in Plymouth Colony because his father moved to the Massachusetts Bay Colony. Now he has to put up with his sickly little sister, Leah, who gets out of all the work but is showered with attention. And when will he have time to pursue his dream of becoming an apothecary?
