This is a good book and kept me entertained! The ONLY thing I didn't like about it was the main female character, to tell you why would give away too much about the book....

from the back cover~ The body of the man lay frozen in the Alaskan wilderness for nearly 80 years, encased in a thick layer of ice, until uncovered by a lone trapper. How could hte trapper know that by excavating the corpse he might possibly doom the world? For within the frozen flesh lies a dormant danger waiting to be awakened, a highly contagious virus for which there is no known cure.

as the epidemic and the panic spread across the globe, millions will die a terrible death, their blood thickened in their veins. And one scientist will struggle to solve the riddle fo the plague, to unravel a medical mystery that threatens mankind...and to uncover a conspiracy of greed, madness and murder.
