¾ cup water
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tblsp vinegar
1 tsp instant beef bouillion granules
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp ground red pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 ½ lb beef brisket, fat trimmed off
In bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Put brisket in crockpot (cut to fit if needed) and pour ½ of the mixture over it. Reserve ½ of mixture for bbq sauce. Cook on low for 10-12 hrs or on high for 4-5 hrs.
Super easy and great tasting! I put it in the crockpot before work, and we come home to a wonderful main dish!
