Ingredients

- 28 oz. Canned Ortega chilies; whole

- 1 cube butter

- 1 sm. Can evaporated milk

- 8 eggs

- 2 lbs. jack cheese, sliced or grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x13 pan. Slice or grate cheese. Rinse, de-vein, de-seed chilies. Drain. Layer chili, cheese, dots of butter. Beat eggs & milk until frothy. Pour over chili & cheese stuff. Bake 45-60 minutes until golden.
