Place pork chops in shallow baking pan, no seasoning needed and place in 325 degree oven.

Prepare entire bag of stuffing mix according to directions on the bag.  When complete stir in can of creamed corn.

Immediately remove pork chops from the oven and top with stuffing mix.

Replace chops into the oven and bake uncovered until pork is cooked through but not dry.  If you cover this it will be very wet and the stuffing will get soggy.

The flavors used in this stuffing mix are heavenly with pork.  My whole family loves this simple recipe created by my dearly departed father.  It makes the house smell divine!

We use A-1 sauce on the pork, another perfect marriage!
