Skin the chicken thighs and place in a baking dish large enough to fit the chicken but not to large that there is alot of extra room. Thinly slice the onion and potatos. Sprinkle the spices over the chicken pieces then place onion and potatos over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 45-60 min. at 375 degrees. You can add peas or green beans to this dish to give you a complete meal.
