Pretty good book combining mystery with gourmet food and wine (what a great combo!) An easy read with an interesting main character.

Gourmet Detective returns as he visits a castle in England which is open to the public as an example of medieval life. The detective is there to give new ideas to the family about their menus but immediately is drawn into a murder investigation when a stuntman is killed. Includes lots of good food suggestions.

Takes places today but if you love food mysteries you will learn about current trends in food and medival food. Story takes place in England. Easy read. I have enjoyed his other books. This one I believe is the latest in the series.
