Not what I was expecting.
It's not a bad book, as far as content, but it is litterally handwritten, like a journal, and her handwriting leaves much to be desired. It annoyed me. Plus there are some pages that only had 10 words on them because the rest of the page is filled up with hand drawn doodles and sketches, which bugs me because I feel like I just read a pamphlet instead of a book. It does have some nice quotes and mantras and it is a feel good. I didn't hate it, but I don't think I'll read it again. There are too many great books out there that I'd prefer to spend my time on.

What can I say I love SARK & anything she rights, but This is a really good book. It helps lift you up out of your mundane life & helps you remember that there is a life worth truly living out there.
